If you receive an order that is defective or doesn’t meet your specifications, please contact us at (email) within three business days of delivery. At UM Packaging, our products and services are made to your custom requirements. If the error is on our end, we will reprint your order free of charge.

Please Note

We do not offer chargebacks. To ensure proper reprinting, full orders must be returned by the customer within 7 working days at their own expense. They must also include enough evidence of any product issues, as well as digital photographs. If the error is due to your own mistake and you request a refund, we will deduct the setup and shipping costs before issuing a chargeback. The printed materials must also be returned to us.
